If you want to add some personalization to your replies and to your Classic Agent account, this is the article you're looking for. In your Classic Agent settings you'll be able to set up a signature and using Gravatar you'll be able to set a Desk.com profile picture.Note: This is an article that references the Classic Agent Console. Add a Signature and Profile Picture
Each user can personalize their own signature and associated profile picture from the Classic Agent desktop.
Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the arrow next to your name on the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select “Settings”
Step 3: To set your default signature, click on the Signature tab and simply type what you want your signature to be. Your signature can include basic HTML such as adding formatting or links.
There are a few other ways you can add an Agent signature in Desk.
- From the Admin - Admin > Team > Users > Edit User Profile > Signature
- From within the Email Reply theme - refer to this article: "Using Liquid in your Signatures"
Step 4: To set your profile picture or Avatar, click on the Profile Picture tab, and follow the instructions from Gravatar.
