Enable Autocomplete for Case Address Fields

Autocomplete email addresses in a case reply when adding new recipients in the TO, CC, BCC fields.


Enable the autocomplete setting in the admin console.

  1. Go to AdminChannels > Email > Advanced Settings.
  1. Turn Autocomplete agent emails to On.

From the Classic Agent console, as you type in the TO, CC, BCC fields of a case reply, you are presented with the email addresses of your agents in a drop-down.
