Enable CSat for a Case Theme

Steps

  1. Go to Admin > Cases > Cases > Case Themes.
  2. Make a copy of your existing customer Case Theme.
  3. Click to edit existing theme.
  4. In the Body of your reply theme, place this code at the top:

  1. Click Update.
  2. Make sure this theme is set as Default.
