Automatically redirect Chat Widget to an Email Form after inactivity / no answer

By adding just a few lines of JavaScript to your "Chat Connected Screen" chat widget theme, you can automatically redirect your users to your email form if none of your agents are able to help them within a specified timeframe. 

In order to get to the "Chat Connected Screen", go to Admin > Channels > Chat > Widgets > Type > Chat Connected Screen.
