How can I fetch all cases with a specific custom field value?

For this, you'll use our Case Search endpoint with a GET parameter (https://mysite.desk.com/api/v2/cases/search?q=ticket_custom_key:value) specifying which custom field and custom field value you're looking for.

For example, lets say you have a Case Custom Field for Order ID with a Key of order_id and you want to search for all cases that have an Order ID of 1234. The GET parameter will look like the following: GET https://mysite.desk.com/api/v2/cases/search?q=ticket_custom_order_id:1234
