For a case handled by multiple agents, how can I discern via the API which reply came from which agent?

If you’re looking at case ID 123, you’d go to https://my-site.desk.com/api/v2/cases/123/replies to view all replies. For each reply, you’ll see a `sent_by` within the `_links` section. This HREF points to the agent object of whoever wrote the reply.
