Can I get a refund after I cancel my account?

Upon canceling your account, your membership with Desk.com will stay active for the remainder of the period you've paid for.

Since your account remains active for the duration of the time you have paid for, we do not offer any refunds for the remainder of your pre-paid period.

For example, if you signed up for an annual contract on January 1st and decide to cancel your Desk.com site on August 1st, your site will remain active through December 31st, as you've paid for that time at the beginning of your contract.
