How to view the full HTML version of your Email Case Interactions

Overview
Desk.com is designed to have a clean and polished aesthetic. To achieve this in the Case view, Desk will strip out HTML from incoming Customer interactions. That's not to say this is completely removed though, it can still be viewed in both the Classic Agent and the Next Gen Agent.
Classic Agent
To view the full HTML version of an interaction in the Classic Agent, open a Case
On the Case interaction click on HTML You will then see a popup with the full HTML version of the interaction displayed.
Next Gen Agent
To view the full HTML version of an interaction in the Next Gen Agent, open a Case
On the Case interaction, click the downward arrow by the date > Click on HTML. You will then see a popup with the full HTML version of the interaction displayed.
