GetSatisfaction is a service used to maintain multiple knowledge base sources and engage with communities in additional ways beyond Desk. We make it easy to connect your GetSatisfaction community to your Support Center.

Connecting your GetSatisfaction community with your Desk Support Center provides customers a single place to find assistance. Customers can browse and search Knowledge Base Articles and Community Posts in one place.

Configuring Desk to see your GetSatisfaction Information

To include GetSatisfaction Topics in your support center, follow these steps:

  1. Within the Admin, navigate to Channels > Support Center > Web Themes
  2. Select and Edit your default template by clicking the pencil icon
  3. Click on the Integrations tab and scroll down to enable GetSatisfaction and then enter your GetSatisfaction "Company Name"

Note: Your GetSatisfaction company name is at the end of the your web address.
