As a busy customer service agent, you need to to perform a number of repetitive tasks with a minimum of effort. Keyboard shortcuts are a great way to maximize your efficiency.
Using Shortcuts
Let's start by looking at the Keyboard Shortcuts menu in the Next Gen agent console. You can select it from the righthand dropdown.
Or, you could use a shortcut!
When you type "?" the shortcut menu will appear on-screen. You just used your first shortcut!
