Hide specific cases from support center portal's My Cases

For this tutorial, we will be using a case label to mark cases that should not be listed in the customer-facing 'My Cases' page of your support center.

Visit Desk Admin → Channels → Support Center → Web Themes, edit your default web theme by clicking its title, click into Advanced Themes, click into My Cases (List), and make this modification:

Click image to copy / paste text.

Then, add the label (e.g. 'Hide from My Cases') to cases you wish to hide.
