Adding an API Application

Setting up your API application within Desk
Step 1Go to Admin > Settings > API > My Applications > Add API Application
Now enter the name of your application. This can be anything you'd like. Enter any valid URL in the Website URL field:
Now click on "Add" to create your application. You should now be able to view the Key and Secret.
Click on the link "Your Access Token" to expose the API Token and Token Secret.
You will need the Key, Secret, and both sets of Tokens for configuring an external application.
