Steps to Configure Multilingual Customer Satisfaction. 
  1. Go to Admin > Cases -> Customer Satisfaction.

  2. Disable Use my Portal for CSat.

  3. Go to Admin > Content -> Snippets

  4. Search on 'customer_feedback'. 

  5. Input your translations for the 17 snippets displayed. Make sure to do this for all active language displayed in the Language drop-down.
