Why does it show that we have more agents than available licenses in the Admin?

Occasionally, when you sign up for a trial and have more licenses/agents then you actually end up purchasing, the system does not delete the additional licenses. Another reason why this may happen is that the quote you signed is not provisioned yet.

If you see a discrepancy with the number of licenses in your Billing area, please submit a case to our support team for them to investigate and correct if needed.
