Why can I not reduce the number of Agents in the Admin area?

  1. Adjusting Team – The billing administrator will need to navigate to Admin Panel > Team and here you will need to delete or demote agents (demote is not offered for Standard plan) down to the number of agents you want. Once completed you can confirm the numbers of licenses being used by looking at "Licenses Used" located on the top header. Please see our documentation on user setting and roles here.
  2. Adjusting Licenses – The billing administrator will need to navigate to Admin Panel > Billing (credit card symbol) > Customize Plan and here you will need to adjust the license count down. Once the license count has been adjusted you will need to click save, review the subscription, and click Start Subscription.
