How to manage duplicated records in Service Cloud

From time to time we may find there are records that are duplicated in Service Cloud. There are several ways to deal with this and the best option is to simply merge these records.

Service Cloud Lightning

Native merging options already available in Service Cloud:

Merging Duplicated Contacts (Customers)
Merging Duplicated Accounts (Companies)
Merging Duplicated Cases is currently in Beta at the time this article is published. We do however have a guide to enable and setup Case Merging.
