Sending code in your reply

Sometimes you may need to send a user a piece of code and you need to make sure it isn't parsed and is delivered exactly how you type it. With you can use the following tags to send code in your emails:

your code
{% endraw %}

You'll want to add those tags around the code you want to send. Below is an example of sending a snippet of HTML code to a customer. We're sending the code:​

<p class="bluetext">Enter text like this for it to be blue and <strong>bolds text</strong>.</p>
{% endraw %}

In the Classic Agent, it would look like this:

On the recipient's end, it will look something like this:

As you can see the code was sent intact and was not parsed, but the tags are not visible.
